Douze nouvelles juridictions rejoignent le Panama, entraînant des conséquences fiscales préjudiciables pour les investisseurs.
Par un arrêté du 6 janvier 2020, la France a mis à jour sa liste des Etats ou territoires non coopératifs (ci-après «ETNC») qui comprend désormais douze nouveaux pays (seul le Panama figurait déjà sur la précédente liste datant de 2016).
La nouvelle liste compte aujourd’hui les treize juridictions suivantes: Anguilla, Bahamas, Iles Vierges Britanniques (BVI), Panama, Seychelles, Vanuatu, Fidji, Guam, Iles Vierges américaines, Oman, Samoa américaines, Samoa, Trinité et Tobago.
