Vers une «suitability» helvétique ? Le Tribunal fédéral a rendu le 13 juin 2008 un arrêt important en matière de responsabilité de la banque dans le cadre d’une relation de conseil en placement. La présente contribution traite particulièrement de l’étendue accrue du devoir d’information de la banque et du moment de la détermination du dommage.
