EXPERTISE
Ismahan Chettouh is a tax lawyer and a member of FBT’s Tax group. She assists our clients in the optimal structuring of their professional and private assets, in France and abroad.
She also intervenes in tax audits and disputes involving companies and individuals, whom she assists in seeking and concluding transactions with the tax authorities.
Ismahan also provides companies with daily legal and tax monitoring and assists in the context of corporate structurings or intra-group relations.
Ismahan also assists individuals and corporations with respect to their tax reporting duties (income tax, wealth tax (IFI), “Dutreil” agreements, 3% tax, exit-tax, etc.), particularly in cross-border situations.
