The new regime applicable to Swiss investment managers of collective investment schemes

On March 2, 2012, the Swiss Federal Council published a message on the revision of the Collective Investment Schemes Act of June 23, 2006 (CISA). The draft law, which is still to be voted by the Federal Chambers, introduces important new provisions regarding the custody, the management and the distribution of collective investment schemes.
