Juni 2015 verabschiedete der Bundesrat die Botschaft zum Bundesgesetz \u00fcber die Besteuerung von Unternehmen III (\u201eUSR III\u201c). Der entsprechende Gesetzesentwurf wird derzeit in den eidgen\u00f6ssischen R\u00e4ten behandelt. Die Schlussfassung sollte w\u00e4hrend der kommenden Sommersession vom Parlament unter Dach und Fach gebracht werden. Sofern das Referendum nicht ergriffen wird, d\u00fcrfte das Gesetz am 1.
