Cette recrudescence est caract\u00e9ristique de l\u2019augmentation du nombre des litiges dans le domaine. Dans la plupart des cas, les d\u00e9cisions de justice sanctionnent une action men\u00e9e par un client insatisfait des prestations de son mandataire et estimant\u00a0&#8211; \u00e0 tort ou \u00e0 raison\u00a0&#8211; avoir subi un dommage patrimonial. Se pose alors la question de la responsabilit\u00e9 du mandataire et donc celle de l\u2019existence de la violation d\u2019une r\u00e8gle contractuelle puis celle du lien de causalit\u00e9 avec le dommage all\u00e9gu\u00e9.
