I. Introduction<\/b><\/p>\n

A titre liminaire, nous indiquerons quelle d\u00e9cision a pris le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral en mati\u00e8re de suspension de prescription de l\u2019action p\u00e9nale et les motifs qui l\u2019ont guid\u00e9 dans cette prise de d\u00e9cision (cf. Titre II, infra).<\/p>\n

Dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps, afin de se familiariser avec la notion de prescription, nous en pr\u00e9senterons les principales caract\u00e9ristiques : d\u00e9finition, ratio legis, dur\u00e9e et cons\u00e9quences de son \u00e9ch\u00e9ance (cf. Titre III, infra).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
