Le 6 novembre, la banque confirme par erreur au client l\u2019acquisition des actions (valeur 11 novembre). La banque ne parvient toutefois pas \u00e0 souscrire aux actions pour le compte de ses clients \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de l\u2019IPO. Le 11 novembre 2013, la banque informe son client que les titres n\u2019ont en fin de compte pas pu \u00eatre acquis.
