EXPERTISE

Nathaniel Binquet is a lawyer and member of FBT’s Corporate group. He has solid experience in structuring, negotiating and implementing corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, restructuring plans, multi-country corporate reorganisations, as well as demergers, partial asset transfers and spin-offs.
