Camille Fournier is a Senior Tax Advisor with FBT and a member of its Tax group. As an expert in international personal taxation, he assists individuals in the optimisation of the transfer of their tax residence to France or abroad.

He also assists individuals and corporations within the framework of examinations conducted by the tax administration both on national and international levels well as well as during tax litigations.

Camille Fournier also advises individuals (employees, agents, partners and shareholders, stakeholders) as well as the legal entities on which they depend in determining the tax consequences of the transactions they are considering and in seeking optimal compliance (expatriation, detachment, local contract, remuneration mechanism). In this respect, he assists them in the tax analysis of income and obligations resulting from the payment of salary, deferred income, stock options and free shares in an international context.

Finally, he assists individuals with respect to their tax reporting duties (income tax), wealth tax (IFI), Exit Tax as well as corporations with respect to the completion of their unique tax form (IFU), Forms 2777 and 2494.
