Matthieu Tkatch

Matthieu Tkatch is an Associate and member of FBT’s Litigation and Arbitration, War-Collar Crime and Labour Law groups. His practice covers all forms of civil and criminal litigation, with a particular emphasis on white-collar crime and banking and commercial disputes.

Matthieu Tkatch also advises and represents Swiss and foreign clients in arbitration, asset recovery and matters of business and contract law. His experience extends to both domestic and cross-border issues.

In addition to his role at the firm, Matthieu Tkatch is a researcher at the University of Geneva’s Faculty of Law, where he is authoring a doctoral thesis on money laundering in Switzerland.
