Jérôme Bissardon is a tax advisor and a member of FBT’s Tax and Corporate groups. He specialises in personal and patrimonial taxation and advises individuals on the tax optimization of their business and private assets both in France and abroad.
He assists individuals and corporations within the framework of: examinations conducted by the tax administration, negotiations with the tax administration, tax litigations, as well as corporate structurings and intra-group relations.
Jérôme Bissardon also assists individuals with respect to their tax reporting duties (income tax), wealth tax (IFI), “Dutreil” agreements as well as corporations (IFU), dividends (Form 2777), result reports for SCIs.
